​Processing Time: Following payment confirmation, orders are processed and handed over to our international logistics partners within 1-3 business days.

​Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

​Returns and Damages

​Damaged Items: If the product is found to be damaged upon delivery, a damage report (minutes) must be filed with the courier, and the package should not be accepted.

​Right of Withdrawal: For international orders, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery.

​Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

​Return Shipping Costs: Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs and any associated customs fees for returns under the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the buyer.

​Refunds: Once the return is approved, the product price will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.
