Distance Selling Agreement
1. PARTIES
This Agreement is entered into between the Seller and the Buyer (Customer) who purchases products through the website https://dermanew.hair, in accordance with international e-commerce regulations and local consumer protection laws.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer from the Seller's website.
3. PRODUCT AND DELIVERY
Products are prepared and shipped within the processing time stated on the product page.
For international orders, the delivery time is generally between 7-30 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
Customs & Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day the product is received.
Hygiene Exception: According to international health and safety regulations, returns are not accepted for hair care products and lotions if the protective seal, tape, or packaging has been opened or damaged after delivery.
Return Costs: For international returns, shipping costs and any associated customs fees shall be covered by the Buyer.
5. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the issue through mutual communication via bilgi@dermanew.hair. If a resolution cannot be reached, the courts and enforcement offices in the Seller's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
6. ENFORCEMENT
By completing the order on the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of this Distance Selling Agreement.
